Neko Loaf Studio's products are all manufactured and shipped by print on demand platforms such as Printful, which work by allowing me to upload my artwork, which they will then print onto products such as stickers and wall art, then send out to the customer from their warehouses. Printful also handles the processing of refunds and returns. However, this means that if something does go wrong with your order, I as the artist cannot be held responsible and there is little I can do about it.
